Here is the first issue of SIU Beat (July/Aug 1985). For those unaware, this newsletter was published by SIU (SAMSENG INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY) which was headed by Honourable President Suriana Salleh. The other members on the committee were Honourable Tutors Angelina (Phoenix), Kheng Lynn (Samurai) and Lee Nar (Piranha).

Each issue was sold at 60 sen and all profit was donated to 1B Class Fund.
Unfortunately SIU ceased publication of its newsletter after its second issue as Honourable Tutors and editors were probably sitting for final exams.
